Eagle View Community Health System is a Federally Qualified Health Center with three clinic locations in Monmouth, IL, Oquawka, IL and Stronghurst, IL that offer comprehensive and affordable medical, dental, behavioral health and substance use services to the counties of Henderson, Warren, Mercer and McDonough in Illinois and Des Moines County in Iowa. These services are available to anyone, no matter where they call home. Eagle View firmly believes that quality healthcare services should be accessible and affordable to everyone, regardless of their ability to pay.
